Licence info

Licence entitles you to one copy of the relevant application, training manual and one year telephone and eMail support.

During the first year after purchase, and during the course of any subsequent support agreement (see below), you will receive free upgrades of the application, as and when they are created - We do listen to suggestions from our customers, and are always looking for ways to improve the model.

After one year,  you have the option of entering into a support agreement, charged at 10% of initial licence cost for each subsequent year. You may, of course, decide that you are happy with the model as it stands and that you won’t require any further upgrades, in which case you are free to decline extended support.

Nearly all upgrades are performed remotely, but on occasion we will ask you to eMail your current model back to us immediately following a stock result, and we will perform the upgrades before returning the file to you within a day or two.
